Hearts & Colors
Initially launching their career as a harmonizing indie folk duo, Sweden’s Hearts & Colors found viral success in late 2016 when their song ”Lighthouse” was remixed by electronic DJ and producer Andrelli. Prior to this, friends Philip Tillström and Nicolai Kjellberg applied their soaring harmonies to acoustic covers of popular hits by artists like One Direction, Justin Bieber and Bruno mars, which they uploaded to their SoundCloud and YouTube sites.
”Lighthouse”, originally an acoustic piano ballad featured on their 2016 EP, Prologue, became a charting hit in Sweden, Norway, and parts of Europé following Andrelli’s downtempo dance remix.
Shifting away from their acoustic roots, Hearts & Colors returned in 2017 with ”For The Love” and ”Shame”, a pair of slickly produced singles that reflected the EDM style of their hit.
